ABOUT ME

My name is Lindsay Gallagher. I'm a Lifestyle Photographer in the Okangan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. When I was still in high school I thought it would be cool to give myself a nickname. Instead of scribbling Lindsay G on my English notebook, I wrote Lindsay Gee. Cool, right?
It never caught on.

I love singing and was actually this close (*insert image of my finger and thumb almost touching*) to performing on Broadway, but they prefer you to actually HAVE a working visa in New York.

My parents are entrepreneurs. The idea of a 9 to 5 makes my calves twitch.

When I get fitted for any sort of costume my legs get itchy from standing in one spot for too long.

I've watched every episode of Friends about 6 times.

My mother thinks Michael Buble wrote the song "I haven't met you yet" about me. Seriously?! No lie! "Maybe he just hasn't met YOU yet?"

I have a baby girl who stretches me beyond any capacity I knew existed. She is more than I could have ever dreamed for and now I understand why my parents love me so deeply. There simply are no words.

My husband, Colin is seriously the most patient man in the world to put up with my obsessive compulsive personality. When he told my Dad how serious I was about becoming a photographer, my dad responded with "Lindsay is serious about everything!"

I'm launching a business in 2011. A photography business. I'm adding the Gee to my name once again. Let's hope it catches on this time.
